Illegal nesting of Def

Cause:

  1. The program illegally nests DEF statements; one user-defined function cannot be contained within another.
  2. possibly line numbers out of order

Remedy:

  1. Eliminate nested Def statements.
  2. renumber the non consecutive line numbers
